Human Resources, instead of fostering a supportive work environment, is excessively entangled in managing the fallout from executive misconduct. They are frequently occupied with covering up issues like sexism, racism, and dishonesty—behaviors that have become disturbingly normalized within the organization. One must question how they reconcile their actions with their conscience.
In sum, the company prioritizes the interests of its C-suite over the welfare of its employees.
