Pros

I don’t know why there seems to be some fabricated reviews on here…all back-to-back around Sept 20-23; and funny enough, all of them are extremely positive, with sugarcoated "cons"; it seems like this company is trying PR damage control…and heavily failing. To Drug Intelligence's senior management, you accidently used the same sentence in two of your fake reviews that were supposed to be written by "2 different employees" under the Interview section. Since it appears that you have much time on your hands to write 3 fake reviews, it may be in your best interest to edit your small "copy & paste" incident at your last attempt to retain any remaining employees or trap new ones. All of you lack integrity, it's getting extremely embarrassing at this point. You’re not fooling anyone, it’s disturbing that you think that future candidates are this gullible. If I were the candidate, I would definitely research thoroughly. I really, really, really wish I knew what I was getting myself into when I worked here (i.e., verbal and emotional abuse, they don't pay you on time, uncompensated and unreasonable mandatory overtime hours, highly inefficient work protocols, and much more deeply-rooted issues). Please get in contact with a couple of former employees, and you’ll get your answer.

Cons

The senior management pretends to listen to employees' concerns, but never takes real action to fix core issues. If anything, they truly deserve an Oscar.

Pros

You'll get decent experience talking to physicians and learning therapeutic areas. Analyst team is usually a fun group when they aren't overworked.

Cons

Higher management is unprofessional, rude, and abusive - sooner or later everyone ends up on their bad side. Turnover is crazy, rarely does anyone stay for a long period of time. Workload becomes unrealistic at times and it's unacceptable to say "I have too much on my plate". They have no interest in their people growing as long as the bottom line is.
