      - Salary on time. - Helpful staff except management.

      Cons

      - You are working with Well educated people so do not treat your employee as a labour. - If you sit after working hour you are their favourite otherwise you may resigned in short time. - Worst management, they only need work from employee. - Money Oriented. - No fun, no entertainment, only work and work. They treat as Robot that they dont have feelings.

      Extremely wrong feedback from this guy. He is MONEY ORIENTED guy. If anybody wants to know his name or anything about the company please contact us at hr@elaunchinfotech.com or+91 99046 45050. (We are here to provide you exact information about the company and this fraud person). He is a fraud employee who took increment just after three months of his joining while we have given in written that he will get increment in Apr 2019. Although after receiving his increased salary he started to apply somewhere else and planned to breach his contract with us. (This guys is totally money oriented). If wants go anywhere for interview, he will give reason about her mother illness. (Totally fake person) He is very negative person who were changing other employees mind. We have organized events but he was not participating and here he is writing no fun and all. Even he has stolen source code and one app build. His behavior towards work and management was not good. He misbehaved with the company management and BDE as well.

      - No leaves on Saturday. - They treat you like a labor. - Poor Managment - No fun activities. - once you entered the company they are not allowing you to go anywhere. - strict on rule basis. - Money oriented company.

      Everyday is a new learning at ELaunch. I have worked with some of the best software developers team who are ever supportive of any doubts or work queries. They never refrain from being a helping hand

      Cons

      Not sure. But yes, the company culture here provides great learning opportunity to everyone working here.
