- Written warnings are a daily occurrence, for negligible stuff
- Title changes without any notifications
- No yearly wage increase or bonuses
- New random managers with 0 experience
- Process changes with no consultation
- Forced hybrid (You get warnings if you don't show up on 1 day even if its an emergency)
- Hotdesking....or in some cases, no desk and you have to sit in corridor.
- No hardware like monitors, headsets etc
- Even pens/paper are not available and you have to bring your own.
- All kind of perks taken away, no lunch, no gym, no parking
- Lying during interview processes with results in broken promises. (With titles, wages and bonuses)
- High staff turnover with 0 handover
- Running on old technology from 15-20yrs ago
- People getting terminated on last day of probation for no reason (Sometimes very knowledgeable people as well just miss management)
- Mostly over worked and expected to work for 3-4 people. Juggling multiple jobs at the same time. Working weekends and evenings to keep up, and than still being threated to be fired.
