      Overall good company to work in, if you are in the right team. Colleagues and atmosphere is iverall positive but depending on which department. Team events, stability

      Very slow progress and innovation development, cluttered with tech debt. Lots of talking but little acton. Culture of control, monitoring - timing of check in/check out, fear that you will be reprimanded. Rules apply differently for different teams and sub-teams. No probationary objectives
