My experience here has been very positive, even though I've only been with the team for a few months. My colleagues are true professionals—I have people to look up to, and they're always willing to help, friendly, and open to new ideas. I think it's a wonderful work environment. The work-life balance is great, even though we work in different time zones—everyone respects my personal time. General conditions and benefits are fair; there are bonus days and paid vacation.

The people here are the best part. Everyone's super talented and actually helps each other out instead of competing. Management trusts you to get your work done without someone watching over your shoulder, which is a huge plus. I feel like I've genuinely grown as a writer since I joined.
