      Pros

      + accepted applicants without experience and taught many new things + well-structured processes, so you can understand what you are doing and why + supportive environment. I had a great manager, who listened to my needs as an employee and tried to adjust tasks according to my interests + a fully remote position with good flexibility about working hours.
