Stable working condition Good spot and the office itself

Cons

Mostly it's a cheep dump of old bank's project with no growth and real challenge, just keep it in workable state as a support

We are disappointed to read this. Thanks for sharing. Working with clients can be a challenge. Employees have the opportunity to switch projects, though I see you are no longer with us. We are disappointed that you had a negative experience. If you need additional support, please reach out to us at Glassdoor@epam.com. We wish you the best.

Pros

they will teach you first in intern period there will be a lot of tests you wont be getting in any projects and the pay will be around 25k to 30k per month which is okay since they are paying you to learn and they are investing on you.

Cons

to get into projects you need to give interviews and if you did not clear those you will be on bench and then obviously if stayed on bench for long time you will be thrown out so obviously the job security is the issue here. First you need to give several interviews to get the fulltime offer then you have to give interviews again and again to get projects so everytime there is a fear of losing the job.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the interview process can feel lengthy, especially when it involves additional steps after joining EPAM. EPAM is a digital services and engineering company, so our clients rely on us to integrate with their internal teams and build their core products. For this reason, clients often require a conversation—or a "client match" interview—to ensure technical alignment and cultural fit before a project begins. This ensures that you are placed on a project where your specific skills can make the most impact. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to find the best project fit for you. If you have questions about the staffing process, please reach out to your Resource Manager or contact us at Glassdoor@epam.com.
