Pros
Good training opportunities, lots of good programmers so you can learn a lot very quickly.
Cons
Clients can be very annoying (depends mostly on what do you get). They not going to fix the air conditioner even if you ask for it almost daily. You can hit a hard limit with your salary and above that, you can't get any raise except if you do a jump (eg from junior to mid level etc).
