      For freshers this company is good, they get opportunity to work on SCM, Logistics domain, get opportunity to gain the business domain.

      Cons

      For seniors who join mid level is not easy to upscale, as there are few senior established team not easy to find any new opportunity, there are some fixed accounts thats continuing for decades, expansions are rare there is a team that look into these
