- Opportunities to upskill as placing of jobs go by availability than matching by current skillsets - Opportunities to keep abreast of new technologies as there is a lot of focus on shining new technologies (AI, Robotics gets mentioned a lot)
Cons
- Sales driven organisation - Revenue model is being disrupted by demographics
