Micromanaging, no written policies, strategies and policies change on a whim, very high/unrealistic quota expectations, quota also changes on a whim, management tries to be your friend but turns on you when convenient, poor communication, disorganized, not much room for internal growth, zero interdepartmental cooperation. Seems like there's high turnover and a high rate of people who leave on bad terms. Company is frequently in "crisis mode" and only temporary stop-gap solutions are implemented rather than fixing root causes (mainly disorganization, micromanagement, and poor management).
