      Pros

      - I tell anyone who will listen how much I enjoy working at Earlybird - I feel extremely well supported and the founders and my other colleagues care about me as a human being, which means I will happily go above and beyond for the business - Impressive founders and colleagues - the amount that's achieved every 2 weeks is amazing. We run product sprints every 2 weeks, which means we're constantly innovating - Rewarding work and an exciting time to be in the business. We're winning new contracts regularly and winning lots of awards, which is motivating

      - Not a con - it's the reality of being in an ambitious start up but the pace can be tiring

      Pros

      Friendly, down to earth and supportive founding team members. Strong mission and behavioural values - going beyond the words on the PDF Determined and hard-working team, fast product shipping velocity and a focussed GTM effort combine to create an agile and dedicated environment that still prioritises health, wellbeing and personal circumstances.

      Cons

      Hybrid choices/remote-working schedules in a small team can mean I go a whole week without seeing the team IRL. Not even really a 'Con', just a choice. Good job headcount is growing!
