Terrible Management: The leadership is incompetent, disorganized, and lacks any sense of professionalism. Toxic Work Culture: The work environment is oppressive, with zero room for personal growth or even basic respect. Employees aren’t allowed to talk to each other in the office, creating a stifling atmosphere. Unethical HR Practices: The HR team lacks ethics and empathy, frequently cutting salaries without reason. Even a one-second delay in logging in results in salary deductions. No Work-Life Balance: Be prepared to sacrifice your personal life. There’s no respect for your time, and you’ll constantly be under pressure. CEO Behavior: The CEO behaves like a high-school mean girl, playing favorites and actively fostering a toxic environment. The favoritism makes it impossible for employees to work without stress or fear of being singled out. Save yourself the headache - Earth Rhythm is a prime example of how not to run a company. The mental toll is not worth any paycheck.

The "management" is the most incompetent set of individuals ever. Micro-management to a point where in 2 weeks of data is observed the last day and the entire team is to be blamed wherein the suggestions were made well in advance. ZERO employee engagement or recreational stuff. The office is as dull as it can be. Literally working at a government bank would be more fun. HR Department is as bad as it can be. Rude, ill-spoken and liked by absolutely no one at the company. Restrictions on everything, even to the point where you can use "limited" tissue papers because the company is using cost-cutting measures. The upper management consists of family drama and they'll fire or hire anyone at any time. They'll never let go of an employee nicely and do not care for their long-term employees either (whatever handful of them are left).
