Cons
It’s a toxic workplace and work culture sucks here. You can’t take holidays if you want because it will leave a bad impression. Then another thing is harini the CEO of the company is involved with whatever work you do and always will pressurise you to work more for pennies. You will be looked down upon and called out to even take 10 mins of break. They expect people to stick to their chairs. Who is gonna pay for my haemorrhoid procedure? Give me a break. The salaries here are so low. How can they expect people to work like slaves for pennies. Next thing would be inconsiderate management and office politics. I don’t want to be a part of a company which promotes these things.
