- flexibility - high learning growth as long as you're willing to put effort - appreciations from management - management will provide feedbacks that can improve self and the company - remote working
Cons
one thing to improve is perhaps collect and understand requirements better to get to the complexities and can list down limitations before starting a new project so can reduce double work. other than that, this is a great team and company to work with
