Pros

Flexibility. Only if your manager fight for you. My good middle managers were alrdy fired. So not sure if flexibility still exist in this company

Cons

Everything. Read the negative reviews and believe me when i said everything is true. Every positive reviews here are fake as the upper management once requested us to leave a 5 stars review which of course i never did.

Moving Faster than Capable

Pros

- Good opportunity to work in a non-corporate environment, leading to a faster learning curve and it is easier to collaborate across departments. - You can help impact the business in terms of processes you want to help improve, test them locally then roll them out globally. - Agile way of doing things as speed is of the essence. - Freedom and opportunities to drive improvements where you see fit, so long as there is positive impact. - Want to do right by their customers even though there are a lot of variables to consider

Cons

- The business is moving too quickly without the scale to manage all of the required admin across departments. This leads to consistently missed deadlines to honor vendors, for example. - Diversifying too quickly and losing money, forcing senior management to restructure the bulk of its staff to Bangalore. This means those people working extremely hard and committed to the business, or who exhibit exceptional talent are let go. The only reason is to save money. - Vastly overinflated and unrealistic targets in what is becoming a saturated competitive market. - No matter the cost in people, Senior management is staying the course in what they see as the way forward, despite all the associated risks. - No decent Business Intelligence apps for assessing metrics or identifying trends. This is something desperately needed as there is a lot of manual work to do, otherwise. - Ethical concerns when it comes to letting people go, without following the performance improvement procedures. If someone displeases senior management indirectly, you'll get a call from HR and it is likely you will subsequently be released from the business without due process. - Very disorganized finance department, likely not their fault because there is so much to consider. Very disappointing to experience such disorganization on a global and local scale. - So many changes throughout the course of a year in both direction and personnel. There needs to be consistency and some sort of thread to follow and lead the way. - I appreciate the ideal of where the business needs to be, but getting there is one of the most painful experiences, especially when everyone is working so hard and they are not seeing any positive results from all the hard work. It is less motivating when there are staff being released and changes being made. It is like a snow globe constantly shaken before the sediment has a chance to settle. - You can be the smartest person on the planet, but it does not mean you are the wisest.
