HR is corrupt and does not take documented verbal and mental abuse seriously. They let a long time employee go after documented abuse was reported but kept the psycho manager that had no business ever managing people. Doesn't matter if you do not have a degree, they will take short cuts to fill positions with unqualified uneducated people. Management has no control over subordinates therefore employees are working in a hostile environment that once again, HR does not care about. There are never any raises, no performance reviews, no incentives and forget about building up your skill set. You are working with junk proprietary software. Lots of favoritism, hostility, and low morale with upper management and HR turning their head to. Path of least resistance in all aspects of this company. Make up rules as they go while some employees can break them and other can not or there will be a penalty. Managers sabotage your work and literally set an employee up for failure or disciplinary action at no fault of the employee because they are taken off guard due to the games played by management, team leads and HR. Trust me, take your skills elsewhere. You will never grow nor be recognized for anything. Pay sucks anyway.
