It started out exciting. Employees were empowered to speak up and make a real difference.
Cons
After some middle management hires: increasing powerlessness, learned helplessness, frustration and wheel spinning. No raise for 6+ years. Future prospects dim considering AI medical knowledge based symptoms checkers etc

Cons
Money can get tight, like in any start-up. But the toughest days are behind us.
