Do not work here if you value your mental health. MINIUM 50 hour work week but you always go over.
The run up to fashion week you work over 70 hours. 7 days a week. No lunch break, you have 10 minutes to eat your food, which normally gets interrupted and you have to do task. Any boundaries you have or try to have get crossed.
The owner is very controlling of when you take time off. 3 days off for Christmas then decides when you can take holiday, which is never. She’ll give you random days, never a full week.
Working here short term or long term is not sustainable for anyone. Its mentally and physically draining. The owner will over work you and does not care about her employes. People don’t stay here long term, the company has a quick turn over rate.
It’s not a professional working environment at all. You will get shouted at and belittled.
Please for your own sake do not work or intern here.
