Pros
The diverse group of employees. Different challenges every day. Lots of travel around different parts of Uganda.
Cons
Management does not remunerate staff well. The company has the highest staff turnover rate I have ever seen Found my home had been bugged while I was there. Found my phone had also been bugged (This was partly my fault as I was often not careful enough.) Discourages staff growth. Overworks and underpays staff. Almost no staff benefits. Divide and rule philosophy to management.

You have an opportunity to make a nice income.
Cons
Management isn't the best and they offer very little training to do a complex job. There isn't much room for advancement. Beware.
