good automosphere between colleages and leaders

low salary and if you want to swift to another job, it is very hard

high marketing budgets top games to work with big team where everyone have specific task
Cons
basic salary is lower than market avg. you'll never get promoted (all positions are sealed starting manager levels) no future (the company was sold and shares were given to the few older employees)
