some of the tradies were cool

overworked, horrible systems, zero documentation, management actively lies to your face about your role, your 'job' changes every day, office workers expected to work 11 hour days - with occasional weekend work - on 8 hours of pay with zero overtime or TOIL. Contract has a clause forbidding you to see a lawyer or accountant -- which is completely illegal
