Good pay, excellent company prospects, some coworkers are very friendly and many are highly competent.

Cons

CEO is surrounded by yes-men, company direction is not data driven, the political situation shifts rapidly and frequently results in the termination of people who could have been valuable

Great engineers, terrible management

Pros

EightSleep has some amazing engineers and a product that positively impacts a lot of lives.

Cons

Many engineers are totally burnt out from management. The politics are cutthroat, and the engineers feel ignored. They have at-will employment and churn through a lot of employees, so job stability isn't great.

Cons

- Company talks a lot about how to grow your career but doesn't spend the time or money to invest in employees - Fear-based culture where the environment caters to the CEO without ever questioning the decisions
