- Ungodly working hours (Cannot claim for OT/transport at all)
- Micromanaging is rampant, will harp on it for as long as they live (One mistake feels like you have sinned)
- No such thing as management, there's only one master puppeteer controlling the puppets (Good luck working here)
- Unethical business practices
- Dealing with unreasonable and unrealistic expectations every day
- Gossiping is a mandatory practice
- Making empty promises in the hopes that you sacrifice your life for the company ("Selling hopes and dreams")
- No such thing as confidentiality
- You will be deemed invalid even if you have ideas
- Gaslighting and manipulation is the pre-requisite.
- Cannot be authentic self
