      Pros

      - You work in Madrid in nice projects - Good money - Pretty relaxed if is not crunch time

      Cons

      - OT no paid - Too much politics, shot are assigned regarding the friendship level - Production has the power and sometimes they are a mess and just try to protect their own back. - No leads/sup deparment. - They live in the bubble

      The company is reactive, with micro-managing owners. No culture, inability to evaluate performance and late hours.

      Pros

      Salary is good and they pay at time. Experiencied people as coworkers. The best vfx house that you can find in Spain because they have great projects in film industry.

      Cons

      They don't understand what is a pipeline. Managers doesn't know how to talk with other people or how to organize the work and sometimes it's a complete chaos. Working at nights because that reason.
