      Great product, awful management.

      Pros

      - Remote working - Catered lunches - Volunteer time off - Great product - Great beliefs

      Cons

      - Lousy management; some managers just do not have the capacity to be a manager. they just fear upper management and that cascades down onto you because of their mismanagement, hence the problem become yours, not because they set you up for failure. - Political - you always have to be brown nosing. - Favouritism - Don't walk the talk.

      A lost cause

      The benefits are pretty good Working level people are friendly

      Cons

      Top management does not seem to know what they are doing - there is no clear strategy or company directions. Middle management in APJ spends their time focusing on making their bosses and one another happy. The management sadly seem to be simply out of their depth.

      - Company is growing; lots of targets being crushed across the board! - Culture is still great - Slightly better than market rate compensations - Rapidly expanding teams around the world - Snr leadership really cares about work-life balance!

      Cons

      - Company is growing; crazy targets driven by crazier optimism - Culture is great but changing with all the old folks leaving & new people coming in - Mid-management tier is a real hit-or-miss; not everyone is a good leader sadly - Some amount of org politics is there; best to make yourself seen/heard in places other than your main job
