      The company leadership truly cares for the employees and wants them to thrive. There is amazing opportunity for all employees to succeed in their careers. It is nice to work at a company where every employee is encouraged and supported to become their best.

      Working with other contractors can be a challenge.

      Pros

      The leadership team truly cares about their employees. Everyday they demonstrate an employee first focus. Managers are committed to growth and development while fostering a positive work environment. Every company, family, including friends have obstacles and challenges but you know you are working for the right company when no matter what issue crops up the leadership team supports pragmatic/positive/fair solutions.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only con is the building (older) but the office is moving to a newly built space. The buildout is focused on making the space efficient and a great experience for staff.
