When you aren't traveling its easy to get time off. Never been denied a day request off if given 2 weeks ahead. Per diem
Cons
Poor management Wont give you the title so they don't have to pay you, yet ask you to do things that other people are getting paid more to know how to do. Everyone is held to a different standard. No training system. No clear way to get raises or move up.
