      Pros

      I joined EA as an electrician in 1998. I progressed to a supervisor within two years, to Service Manager within 10 years to Operations Manager within 20 years, to Operations Director last year. Not too many companies can provide that pathway.

      Cons

      Cannot think of anything of substance. Like any business, some changes can be challenging. But that's not really a con, if you are up for it!

      Pros

      A company where it's people and clients are valued most. My colleagues are fantastic to work with and their dedication to our customers is best of the best. They go above and beyond whenever they can. Open, collaborative culture and Senior Managers are always accessible.
