Look at the companies David Norris used to be a part of. For example Objectspace where the state froze their bank accounts because they stopped paying employees. That should tell you something. It was a huge cluster working there but the real sad part was it seemed like most of the C level people were just there to coast and take advantage of Spencer Morgan and his money to float the startup.
