Under a good manager, I made strides in my professional growth and I have made an impact on the company so far. They make an effort to cross-pollinate employees of different groups during a weekly meeting on professionalism.

When a company is run by doctorates in materials science, a lot of research is done but business operations and sales growth lags behind. When business growth lags behind, that leaves an unclear path for newer staff to climb the ladder.

Dirty and dingy manufacturing area with unsafe equipment.
