Leadership is Young without a clear understanding how to drive the business. Too much hiring of Friends who get promoted before those that really deserve it. Filthy and Nasty Manufacturing floor that is hard to function let alone breath! Leadership hires their wives and friends to fill positions without recruiting fairly. IT has created a time consuming web of training to justify their own personal paranoias. Bathrooms cleaned once a week, YUCK!
