      Pros

      You get to work from home when ever it is convenient. Decent pay

      Cons

      They don't pay on time!!! I went months without getting compensated for the work. They say your an independent contractor yet they teach you what they want you to do you can get paid by the hour or by the project and thy decide.

      Pros

      Long term employment. I have been here more than 10 years. They always promote from within, so it's easy to move up. Fair pay! Teachers are paid by shift, so pay is consistent. The classes are fun, and the students are really lovely. Management is very supportive. Lessons are already created!

      Cons

      When students switch classes, I really miss them! No benefits. But the pay is good, so I can afford my own.
