Pros
Great place to start a design career and to be around others who have deep experience with product development. you will learn the ins and outs of the end-to-end product dev cycle, clients, etc... pretty great work life balance, leave at 5pm every day, with sometimes paid lunches out, and office outings, occasionally having drinks in the office.
Cons
engineering sometimes has too much sway and may operate on assumption, The vibe here is VERY bro-e I wouldn't say its a great place for LGBTQ employees historically, There is a beer mini fridge if that says anything about how "frat" it is. you also have to argue your opinion here, this isn't a typical design environment where it feels like a lax conversation, you will be in a debate instead, There are very few women employees, they feel figurehead and pushed to non-critical positions while the men all do the "real work". for a design firm it feels like nobody understood aesthetics or beauty.
