      There is nothing worth mentioning here.

      Cons

      The company works for a who's who of appalling people: Royalty from middle eastern states with terrible human rights records; tax dodging property tycoons; developers with no interest in ESG. Staff are bullied and harassed by these awful human beings and their equally awful representatives. The founder is only interested in securing more of their client's dirty money - staff welfare is not a consideration.

      Pros

      Great work environment, everyone is extremely encouraging and ensure your design ideas are valued. Good perks like working from home, good holiday and summer hours.

      Cons

      Not much to say. Reading other reviews regarding staff turnover, I would disagree. It’s a project based industry and people coming and going comes with this. You will find this at most professional companies.
