      Pros

      - Great career opportunities as I got promoted quite quickly after just 1.5 years worked for the company. - Highly experienced staff. You can always learn from someone, even from novice as only top talents are granted jobs there. - Good financial bonuses and perks.

      Cons

      No compensation of gym subscription fee. However high salary to pay for that yourself.

      I have been working at Elinext for many years from almost very beginning when the company just started growing from 10 to 100 employees within about a year, and it was a pleasure for me to see how the company is getting to a level of maturity building processes for development and marketing, introducing social policies and internal corporate management tools. Company managed to keep stability and even grow during several crisises. So I believe it's a good company to work at. - interesting teams and projects starting from small start-ups and finishing with huge corporate products - strong colleagues to learn from - employee friendly social policy

      Cons

      - some complains to office facilities - there is a need in internal Talent Management program
