- Compensation is fair with lots of stock given to employees - Very flexible working hours and location - Exciting mission - Clear communication and transparency from the top - Great coaching and real-time feedback culture
Cons
- No physical office outside of Singapore - Startup culture so not a lot of frills that come with big companies but still okay

Pros
The leadership team is very experienced and know what they're doing. The company provides great growth opportunities even if you dont have the exact background for the role. Every employee gets equity in the company.
Cons
Team is small and WFH is default for employees not in Singapore.
