I have never experienced a more toxic and unprofessional workplace than at Elmech Automation. The MD, Vishnu, is by far the worst leader I've ever encountered. when i was atten interview he spoke like so cool but after you join in job he will show his psycho face. His language is abusive, vulgar, and completely inappropriate for any work environment. It’s not uncommon for him to shout at employees, use insulting language, and humiliate people in front of the team. It's clear that he lacks any basic understanding of professionalism or respect.
The way he treats people is utterly degrading, and it creates an atmosphere where employees feel miserable, undervalued, and unappreciated. There's no room for growth or development because the toxic culture prevents anyone from feeling motivated to even try.
