      Good for fresh grads to gain experience.

      Pros

      Open concept office so easy to approach top management. Friendly top management, you can voice out your opinion and be heard. Young ppl can be promoted fast once u prove your worth, under 3 years and can be a manager. Oil and gas exposure. Suitable for fresh grad to gain experience.

      Cons

      Low salary, but yearly increment can be up to 800. Low bonus, but sometimes we received duit raya and angpow. This is a stepping stone for a bigger company so just be patient and gained the experience. High turnover, not sure why. HR has all the scoops.

      Pros

      If you follow the supervisor's training and development programme, continously ask questions, learn fast and challenge operational decisions by managers, you can go far and grow fast. Seen young leaders developed early and young graduates promoted to managers under 3 years experience. Company leaders are ex SLB and ex Petronas. So it explains why people are pushed to their limits and nurtured for fast career progression. They take best of both worlds and made it unique and better.

      Cons

      High work volume. Not the place of you want to be paid for what you work for, but only because instead of promoting you, they make you work the job and prove you deliver before giving you a raise. Work can be added out of nowhere, but always this is the reason you gain more knowledge and technical improve yourself. So this is maybe not a con. Salary starts low, but I've seen freshies promoted every 12 months, salary increment 2 times a year. Only if you're a high performer.

      typical SME. paid leave is easy to apply, and your colleagues will gladly cover for you! if I need time off due to family matters (child sick for few weeks or a month), I can kawtim with superior to not work and still get paid! for seasoned professionals, this is the perfect place to take it easy as nothing groundbreaking just a calm ride. we serve as agents to our suppliers and technology partners, who are the principals. the end.

      Cons

      If you notice heavy use of SLB/schlumberger jargon, consider it a red flag. career development opportunities are minimal, we rely on our principals for everything. No SOP, toxic environment, syok sendiri, unexperienced leaders, buat project failed pun boleh jadi HOD.
