Such an unprofessional company lacking skills and experience. CEO surrounded with yes men (only way to get ahead here) and does not accept feedback even though competitors now way ahead. Doesnt care if staff are struggling, overworked and falling behind that just means more $ coming in. No management structure or HR staff just a bunch of unsupported people winging it. 4 more resignations last month no surprise.

Cyber underwriting company... but no experience or expertise of cyber or underwriting! CEO and no.2 decide everything but completely out of touch with the company + only listen to/care about 4 or 5 people everyone else replaceable. Tears in the office always, everyone scared for their jobs - best + well liked people are suddenly gone - poached, quit, let go - and company goes into denial saying they were offered $$$$ somewhere else, got homesick, bad fit, moving overseas, blah blah like we dont talk to each other. Market is realising the pitch is BS theres no cyber coach or expert team Career opportunities. no training + boss has favourites Compensations and benefits. worst in industry Culture and values. staff are replaceable Diversity and inclusion. seniors are all older white men Senior management. what management Work / life balance. you must love the company + sacrifice 1st born for it
