The colleagues I had were amazing but they all have left.
Cons
I can’t provide too many details because my review keeps getting taken down. The CEO Seth is dishonest and creates an uncomfortable work environment. Do not work here if work-life balance or respect in the workplace is important to you.

Working at Emerging Tech has been one of the most fulfilling experiences in my career. The leadership, especially CEO Seth, is highly engaged, open to feedback, and supportive during professional challenges. When a federal contract ended, I was offered a new role within days and received a paid transition period—something I’ve never seen at any other company. The company encourages innovation, values its people, and supports flexible schedules when needed.
Cons
As a fast-growing company in federal contracting, sometimes we’re moving at high speed. It may not be the best fit for those who prefer a slower pace or more structured environments.
