Pros
Handful of good colleagues around. All banded together because they are equally in a horrendous situation as per dictated by company terms.
Cons
1. Management who has no clue about what they are doing. Big words but nothing to back it up. 2. Words like "deceive", "deviate", "sabotage", "fault" etc. are constantly thrown around by the higher ups. So you can pretty much tell what kind of environment this is. 3. If the boss decides to find reason not to like you, he will throw you under different supervisors (even people below your job level). 4. Interrogation-style review. HR will come in and record video (very one-sided and higher up likes to shove words into your mouth). 5. Cutthroat and tricky company policies that will squeeze you dry and does not benefit you at all unless you happen to be on the management's good side.
