      Pros

      Flexible working hours so good work life balance. Few good people and Industry experts across the globe. Compensations are Ok. Does good amount of charity work.

      Cons

      Highly unstable company. No Job security and your Job will be more riskier as you grow older with the company. Mistakes are NOT ok here. You will not be given any chance to defend anything. New joinees are more trusted than older ones. Not much room to grow but always overloaded with work. There is always a feeling to be fired any day.

      After the TeamViewer acquisition, the company experienced a noticeable decline in culture and morale. The organization became heavily UK-focused, putting non-UK employees at a disadvantage in terms of visibility and growth
