The sales team is so confused in their direction. Changes are constant, that can be expected for any startup but these changes are bringing the team from bad to worse.
Several senior people on the team have left due to very poor people management.
The company has apparently abandoned the net new sales motion to focus on expansion. Historically net new sales have accounted for the majority of the company's revenue whereas expansion has been an after thought.
