Nice Company - HR Intern 1st Choice Employee Review

Working with 1st Choice through the Summer Rise Program was an eye-opening experience for me. In just three weeks, I not only learned a lot but also had the chance to actively contribute by posting jobs, creating job flyers, and marketing positions. The program led to a continued opportunity to work throughout the summer, the school year, and even into the following summer. This extended experience reinforced my passion for HR. I want to express my sincere thanks to 1st Choice. Being a part of the team has not only shaped my career goals but has also played a big role in my decision to major in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell. I am truly grateful for the experiences and support that have set me on a path I am genuinely passionate about.

Per hour wages are good. Management is supportive.

Only 10 days off, including federal holidays. Have little power if client abuses workers.
