Pros

Small niche company with a warm and friendly environment, great team where everyone gets along with each other and supports each other, training provided and great management support in place.

Cons

No cons of working with Three Q agency itself as it is a great company to work for, but nursing recruitment can be a challenging sector due to staff shortages.

Pros

- You are treated like a fully fledged member of the team from the outset, which from listening and reading about other interns experiences in larger/Multinational companies seems to be a rarity. - Your roles and Daily actions are clearly defined,if they are to change or more is expected of you as your training progresses, you will be informed by management directly and your opinion on these changes/duties is taken into opinion IMO. - Very welcoming and friendly team, probably reiterating the first point but everybody is made feel at home on their first day, I started as an unpaid intern directly before another paid member of the team and from what i saw the welcomes were identical. - The training plan was clear, I always knew what I should have been learning, even when it didn't seem directly related to the internship I was doing I could see how the skills being learned could be applied to other jobs/ roles, Kinda made me feel that they where interested in developing all my skills and not just necessarily the ones which would profit the company. - Clear lines of communication between management and the office team, its always open, Whenever I had a question an opinion or even a bad day I knew that I could speak openly about that with management. - Alongside the day to day, there where other activities like volunteering with charities that were always on offer

Cons

- Early on into the internship, I felt challenged and a little bit overwhelmed as the training plan seemed a little daunting and I felt I wasn't learning at a quick enough pace.
