Pros
Laid back work environment (causal dress, open office, social environment), room for growth for most people (depends on department), decent healthcare options, GREAT 401K matching, generous snacks, great coffee/espresso bar, lots of free classes in the on site gym.
Cons
Fast paced growth, they are still getting their processes together and there are not solid and clear definitions in place of how you get stuff done. You have to be scrappy to work here, flexible and let stuff roll off of your back. Some people will work a normal 8-5 hours while others are working all sorts of crazy hours- depends on your supervisor and department. Also if it matters to you, consider your political viewpoints...many people here are very "right winged" and proud of it.
