Treats potential employees with total distrust - Cyber Security Manager 6point6 Employee Review

Pros

* Interviewing staff seemed rational and competent * Dodged a bullet when the company showed its true colours

Cons

* You can, without warning, be perceived as antagonistic, even after successfully interviewing and an offer being tabled * You offer will be withdrawn and you will not be given the courtesy of a phone call, or even an explanation, simply for asking a question in clarification of a contractual clause, even after confirming intent to sign and closing all other recruitment avenues elsewhere * You will have to be the agent of recourse as they will not even reimburse you for expenses you incurred at their behest, until you make the request to do so, and don't expect anything but the bare minimum verbal or pecuniary response

Pros

Work on exciting projects with the latest technology. All Directors and CxO level are always on hand to help, great open door policy. Always feel well supported by everyone in the company, has a family feel to it

Cons

Be nice to have some more work outside of the Government and offer more rotation on projects. The opportunity to move to other practices would be good

Thanks so much for taking time to write a review, it's so helpful for candidates to get a sense of what our culture is like. We have done lots on rotation, including targets and weekly monitoring and we've got big growth ambitions so am in no doubt there will be lots of opportunity to new things for those who want to. Thanks again Janet, Chief of Staff

Pros

Good employee benefits e.g. pension, healthcare, nursery etc. Opportunities to grow, very easy to talk to the leadership team directly

Cons

Not the best compensation package It can be not easy moving between teams if you're not enjoying your work.
