Cons
Old CEO only knew how to manage expenses. Just kept cutting headcount every month. Didn't know how to grow the business or simplify the business. Never bothered to learn the business. New CEO too new to judge. Exec team is illiterate in their own functional areas. They don't know how things get done, and couldn't train/coach their employees if their life depended on it. So they blame the other departments for their own failures and think lots of meetings and management by spreadsheets is the answer. the blamers are now running the show. A lot of experienced people in all functional areas abandoning ship. Replaced old model of GMs with a dual model of Sales Directors (RCMs) and Branch Managers. adds even more cost, creates confusion, and dilutes accountability. revolving door of consultants. Management can't figure it out on their own?
